The BAA are hosting bubbles and brunch at C&W Architects, Floor 20, Alpha Tower, Suffolk Street Queensway from 10.30am on Saturday 27th May and will be joined by Sarah Habershon, Architecture LGBT to discuss similar events and discussions. We are inviting the architectural community to join us in being a part of this year's Pride Parade to celebrate LGBTQIA+ achievement, life and love in a ‘safe space’ where the community can be who they want to be without fear or prejudice. The Pride Parade is a march for equality and justice for LGBTQIA+ people around the world, to raise awareness and celebrate LGBTQIA+. The Parade will be held on Saturday 27th May 2023 for it's 26th festival. The Parade leads all participants through the streets of Birmingham to the heart of the LGBTQIA+ village. Birmingham Pride held its first event back in 1997 and has become one of the most important LGBTQIA+ festivals in the UK with the Parade kicking off the weekend to the festival.
